Loan Bank

Assistive Technology items are available for loan for children receiving early intervention services in Colorado. Part C Early Intervention AT Consultants as well as designated SWAAAC Team Coordinators (school based AT providers) are able to check out items from the loan bank through the online storefront.

We do ask you to complete a number of surveys in the course of your loan from the loan bank. We recognize this adds additional time however, it is necessary for us to collect this data in order to receive funds to continue to operate the loan bank.

New loan bank requests should be submitted by utilizing the Loan Bank Store Front. All requests for equipment must come from the designated Early Intervention AT Consultant or the SWAAAC Team Coordinator.
